    VENDOR AGREEMENT

The United Cherokee Nation (UCN) Florida Clan will be hosting the 2009 State Wide Gathering and Pow Wow.  This special event will take place March 20th-March 22^nd. 2009, at Fish Eating Creek, Palmdale, Florida.
You are invited to participate as one of the limited food or merchandise vendors for this event. In order to participate we are asking for a participation fee of $150 for the 3 day event and a donation of an item to be given away in our raffle.
Please fill out the requested information along with any special requirements you may have in order to set up you tent or trailer. Camping provided free, if you want (Separate) camping Sunday night, you must make arrangements at the camp grounds office call: 863-675-5999 www.fisheatingcreekresort.com  e-mail: bren3dale@cs.com
We request that your information and check be received no later than March 1st. 2009.  In the event that you must cancel with us, we will refund $50 up until March 10^th, 2009. There will be no refund if you should cancel after that date.
